Hitting 3M views on GIPHY

Over Christmas break, I decided to recycle some old art into GIFS for funsies. My goal was to get accepted as an artist account for GIPHY (I’d been rejected before.) Imagine my SHOCK when not only was I accepted, but my silly little drawings had reached over a thousand views in a day with no promotion from my end. Within a week or so, I’d surpassed a million views–and they just keep growing!

Below are just a few examples.

If you’re familiar with Snapchat or Instagram stories, searching “snyderdraws” in the Stickers tab will show a bunch of my illustrated GIFs to decorate your story with. I’ve even done some themed GIF sets, with a “Halentines” tag for Valentine’s Day. Not only is this a fun project to drop and pick up again whenever I want, but I’m hoping to someday compile them into an illustration portfolio in case I wanted to design some for a client. Until then, you can find all of my GIFs here or by searching “snyderdraws” in your stories!
